Specialty Court Programs – Clark County, Nevada
Diversion programs are tricky because the treatment sometimes doesn’t feel voluntary for the patients. It takes special training to know what to do when working with people who may be in treatment because they feel they had no choice.
Specialty Courts strike a balance between the Court administering justice and accountability, while Healthy Minds’ customized programs tailor treatment to the needs of each unique Specialty Court.

As Nevada Lawyer Magazine details: “The most recent recidivism data indicates that of those who successfully completed the Adult Drug Court program, more than 92 percent did not commit a new crime within three years after discharge.”
